Loo Elkins.
I met Loo outside of the Italian Market. He sells clothes on the sidewalk, a retirement job he said he’s had for too long. He was honored to have his picture taken and asked for a copy sent to him. He wrote me his address, which was of course the one referring to his PO box. When I asked Loo how old he was, he replied, “Don’t push my buttons.”
