While its revenue is modest, Tumblr has positioned itself as one of the few players in the digital ad world that is well suited for brand advertising. And Tumblr is also the domain of the young, cool and creative crowd—not currently a Yahoo sweet spot. From Tumblr’s point of view, the deal also would seem to make a lot of sense. The company has been looking to make a big exit to justify its huge valuation. That seems pretty straightforward. But what about the risk of getting crushed by a trash truck? Anyone who’s bicycled even a little bit knows all too well the fear of an encounter with a motor vehicle. The 10 Best GIFs From Last Night’s ‘The Office’ Finale

This has gone on long enough, something needs to be said. I can’t stand how GIF creators unnecessarily tweak the color palette of shows and movies. The filmmaker did not intend for it to look that way. I get that you’re trying to remix the original content and make an artistic expression. But, to me, it’s obnoxious. Why doesn’t anyone talk about this?
